James J. Murren
, Chairman & CEO

Jim Murren was named Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International in December 2008. He leads a global entertainment company with national and international locations featuring best-in-class hotels and casinos, state-of-the-art meetings and conference spaces, incredible live and theatrical entertainment experiences, and an extensive array of restaurant, nightlife and retail offerings.

Mr. Murren joined MGM in 1998 after spending more than a decade on Wall Street, where he was regarded as a leading analyst in the hotel and gaming industries. His arrival at MGM coincided with a period of dramatic growth for the company, including the acquisitions of Mirage Resorts and Mandalay Resort Group.

Mr. Murren serves as chairman of MGM China Holdings Limited, which owns MGM Macau and is developing MGM COTAI. He also serves as chairman of MGM Growth Properties, a real estate investment trust.

He is the visionary behind CityCenter, the unprecedented urban resort destination that opened on the Las Vegas Strip in 2009 featuring centerpiece ARIA Resort & Casino. CityCenter – a sophisticated mix of resorts, residences, conference facilities, dining and retail -- is among the largest "green" developments globally. Using cutting-edge solutions, CityCenter demonstrates that sustainability enhances the guest experience.

A native of Fairfield, Conn., Mr. Murren graduated from, and is a trustee of, Trinity College, where he majored in Art History and Urban Studies. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Brookings Institution and on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council. He is chair of the Leadership Board of the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine. He also is a member of the Board of Trustees for Howard University and a member of the Business Roundtable, an association of CEOs of leading U.S. companies. Mr. Murren served as the Chairman of the American Gaming Association from 2014 until 2017.

A leader in the area of corporate responsibility, he was named a Responsible CEO of the Year by CR Magazine. He is the recipient of the "Distinguished Leader Award" by the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management and "Executive of the Year" honor by Casino Journal. Under his leadership, MGM Resorts International was named among FORTUNE® Magazine's World's Most Admired Companies® in 2016. Mr. Murren was also named to the Institutional Investor "2017 All-America Executive Team," ranking as a Best CEO for Sell-Side.

Mr. Murren and wife Heather Hay Murren received the 2017 Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship. The award is given to those who, by their example and business practices, have demonstrated a profound concern for the common good beyond the bottom line, acting as a force for positive change.

The Murrens are actively involved in assisting wounded warriors and their families through the creation of a Fisher House in southern Nevada.

Bill Hornbuckle
, President

A four-decade veteran of the gaming industry, Bill Hornbuckle serves as President of MGM Resorts International. In this role, he is the chief construction, design and development officer in charge of global expansion efforts for the Company.

Mr. Hornbuckle also serves on the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of MGM China Holdings, which owns MGM Macau and in 2018 will open MGM Cotai. He recently was appointed to the Board of Directors of MGM Growth Properties, a real estate investment trust.

He was previously Chief Marketing Officer of MGM Resorts from 2009 until 2012, overseeing the creation of the M life Rewards loyalty program and positioning the portfolio of MGM Resorts International destination resorts for growth.

From 2005 until August 2009, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. He previously had served as President and COO of MGM Resorts International-Europe, where he worked on the development of the Company’s gaming operations in the United Kingdom. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Prior to MGM Grand, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. He spent the majority of his career with Mirage Resorts in various senior management positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer of the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Treasure Island, and Vice President of Hotel Operations for The Mirage, opening the hotel in 1989.

Mr. Hornbuckle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He serves on the state of Nevada Stadium Authority Board, and previously served on the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. He is on the Board of Directors of the Andre Agassi Foundation and on the Board of Trustees for Three Square Food Bank. He also is a Founder of the Bank of George.

Corey Sanders
, Chief Operating Officer

Corey Sanders has served as Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International since June 2010. In this role, he oversees the Company’s wholly owned properties which include Bellagio, MGM Grand Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, New York-New York, Monte Carlo, Luxor, Excalibur, Circus Circus Las Vegas, MGM Grand Detroit, Beau Rivage, Gold Strike Tunica, Borgata in Atlantic City and our future properties in Massachusetts and Maryland. In addition, he oversees multiple Corporate departments.

Mr. Sanders previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Company’s Core Brands and Regional properties. In this capacity, he worked with the Chairman and CEO as well as the Property Presidents on a variety of initiatives aimed at growth opportunities and improving operating efficiencies for the Company. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President – Operations for MGM MIRAGE where he also oversaw Corporate Strategy and the Gold Strike, Silver Legacy, Slots-a-Fun, Circus Circus Las Vegas and Circus Circus Reno properties.

In his tenure with the Company, Mr. Sanders has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MGM Grand Resorts, Executive Vice President and CFO for MGM Grand, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Tax Director for MGM Grand.

Mr. Sanders is a trustee of the UNLV Foundation and has served as the Chairman of the Nevada Resort Association.

Mr. Sanders received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA.

Dan D’Arrigo
, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Dan D’Arrigo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MGM Resorts International, a position he has held since 2007. From 2009 until 2016, he also served as Treasurer. Since 2014, he has been on the Board of Directors of MGM China Holdings Limited and on its Audit Committee.

Mr. D’Arrigo is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance, including financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, investor relations, merger and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. In his current position, he has successfully executed over $30 billion in capital markets transactions for MGM Resorts International, CityCenter Holdings, MGM Growth Properties and MGM China Holdings.

After joining the Company in 1995, he was promoted into a variety of positions in finance. Previously, he held finance positions with Sands Corp. and Lady Luck Gaming Corp.

In 2017, Institutional Investor named Mr. D’Arrigo to its All-America Executive Team. Treasury & Risk Management previously named him to its list of “40 Under 40.”

Mr. D’Arrigo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

John M. McManus
, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

John M. McManus is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for MGM Resorts International. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of the Company’s legal affairs as well as the government affairs, corporate communications, corporate security, risk management and compliance departments. Mr. McManus works closely with members of senior management and the Company’s Board of Directors. He joined MGM in 2001 and has served as counsel in various capacities at the parent company and its operating subsidiaries during his tenure.

Before joining the Company, Mr. McManus held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for the Sahara Hotel & Casino and worked as an associate attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey.
