MGM MIRAGE Sets Date for 2001 Annual Meeting

MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGG) today announced that the meeting date for the 2001 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for May 1, 2001, with a record date of March 9, 2001. The time and location of the meeting will be announced in the proxy materials, which the Company anticipates will be mailed to shareholders on or about April 6, 2001.
