Company Cites Strong Post-Merger Debt Reduction

MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) announced today that it will release the Company's financial results for the second quarter prior to the market open on Thursday, July 28, 2005, followed by a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
