First, he created a 27-foot tall chocolate fountain and now award-winning pastry chef Jean-Philippe Maury wows guests again, with a 6-foot tall chocolate Easter bunny. Weighing nearly 200 pounds of pure, dark chocolate, this ultimate creation resides at Jean-Philippe Patisserie, Bellagio's upscale pastry shop. The chocolate bunny took four weeks to create and will be on display through the Easter holiday.
