MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) announced today that it will release the Company's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 prior to the market open on Thursday, February 23, 2006, followed by a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The conference call will include a brief discussion of the fourth quarter and fiscal year end results followed by a question and answer period.
