Gary Fritz is Chief Commercial Officer and President of MGM Digital and is accountable for evaluating and leading all strategic digital gaming initiatives globally to capitalize on the intersection of the digital and gaming spheres. In this role, Mr. Fritz serves as a strategic advisor to MGM Resorts’ President and Chief Executive Officer. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors for BetMGM and LeoVegas.

Mr. Fritz has a long history of leading multi-national companies on global strategy and expansion plans including Rakuten, TripAdvisor, Expedia and McKinsey & Company. From 2016-2020, Mr. Fritz served as the President, APAC and Chief Growth Officer for TripAdvisor, leading all Asia Pacific operations, long range planning, and mergers and acquisition for the company. Most recently, Mr. Fritz was the Head of Gaming for IAC.

Mr. Fritz holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
