William J. Hornbuckle
, Chief Executive Officer and President

William (Bill) J. Hornbuckle is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), an S&P 500® global entertainment company featuring iconic hotels and casinos, meeting and conference spaces, live and theatrical entertainment experiences and an array of restaurant, nightlife and retail offerings across the globe. MGM Resorts’ portfolio includes some of the most recognizable resort brands in the industry, such as Bellagio, MGM Grand, ARIA, Mandalay Bay and Borgata.

As CEO, Mr. Hornbuckle oversees all aspects of MGM Resorts’ strategy, operations and hospitality and gaming development projects. He leads the company’s global development efforts and its digital gaming strategy. He also successfully steered the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, overcoming numerous challenges including the closure of operations, tightly restricted re-openings and new health and safety measures. Mr. Hornbuckle led the strategy and execution of the company’s sale of MGM Growth Properties to Vici Properties and the acquisition of the remaining share of CityCenter and of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Mr. Hornbuckle has served as President of MGM Resorts since 2012 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He led MGM Resorts’ domestic and international expansion efforts, including the development of resorts in National Harbor, MD, and Macau and of T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. More recently, Mr. Hornbuckle oversaw MGM Resorts’ expansion of entertainment and sports betting. Additionally, he held the roles of Chief Design and Construction Officer and Chief Customer Development Officer.

Mr. Hornbuckle has been with MGM Resorts for more than two decades, including service as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, where he led the creation and launch of the M life Rewards customer loyalty program. Mr. Hornbuckle’s previous positions with MGM Resorts include: President and Chief Operating Officer of Mandalay Bay, Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International-Europe and President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Las Vegas.

He has played a key role in expanding Las Vegas’ entertainment and attractions. Mr. Hornbuckle is a board member of T-Mobile Arena (a joint venture with AEG), and helped bring Las Vegas its first professional sports team through the establishment of the NHL’s Golden Knights. In 2016, he was appointed to the Clark County Stadium Authority Board, which developed the Las Vegas NFL Stadium Project as part of a successful effort to attract an NFL team, the Raiders, to Las Vegas. He served on this board through 2021, and, during that time, he also helped bring the WNBA team, the Aces, to Las Vegas in 2017.

An experienced industry executive, Mr. Hornbuckle started working in Las Vegas as a room service attendant and busboy at the Jockey Club and grew his career through a range of senior management positions at Mirage Resorts. He was President and Chief Operating Officer for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas; President and Chief Operating Officer of the Golden Nugget in Laughlin; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Treasure Island and Vice President of Hotel Operations for The Mirage, which he opened in 1989.

Mr. Hornbuckle is a member of MGM Resorts’ Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors of MGM China Holdings, which operates resorts in Macau. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors for CityCenter JV (a joint venture with Dubai World) and currently serves as Chairman of the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board, which advises the U.S. Secretary of Commerce on policy, regulation, programs and issues that impact the travel and tourism industry in the United States.

A long-time resident of Southern Nevada, Mr. Hornbuckle is active in community service. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Three Square Food Bank and the Board of Directors for the Fulfillment Fund. He is also the Founder of a local banking and financial services institution called the Bank of George, where he remains a board member for its holding company, GBank Financial Holdings. Mr. Hornbuckle endowed a scholarship for students pursuing hospitality degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV.

Corey Sanders
, Chief Operating Officer

Corey Sanders is Chief Operating Officer for MGM Resorts International. He oversees the company’s Las Vegas and regional properties as well as multiple corporate departments, including Hospitality, Gaming, Design and Construction, and Strategic Initiatives.

Prior to being renamed Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Sanders served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role he provided financial leadership and vision for the organization and bore responsibility for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, investor relations, merger and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

In his tenure with MGM Resorts, Mr. Sanders has also served as Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Core Brands, Executive Vice President of Operations for MGM MIRAGE, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MGM Grand Resorts, Executive Vice President and CFO for MGM Grand, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Finance and Tax Director for MGM Grand.

Mr. Sanders received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA.

Jonathan Halkyard
, Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Halkyard is Chief Financial Officer of MGM Resorts, International (NYSE: MGM), the world’s premier gaming and entertainment company. Mr. Halkyard oversees all financial activities across the company’s domestic and international portfolios, as well as Investor Relations, Accounting, Procurement, Treasury and Tax.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Mr. Halkyard served as Chief Executive Officer of Extended Stay America, where he also, previously held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Halkyard was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NV Energy from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Halkyard held several key operations and finance positions at Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah’s Entertainment) over a 13-year period, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance for Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, Assistant General Manager of Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Treasurer of Harrah’s Entertainment.

Mr. Halkyard is a Director for Shift4 Payments, Inc. (NYSE: FOUR), where he chairs the Nomination & Governance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compensation committees. He is also a member of the International Center for Responsible Gaming Advisory Council. Among his community activities are his roles as a member of the board for the Smith Center for the Performing Arts and Trustee Emeritus of the Economic Club of Las Vegas.

Mr. Halkyard holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Mr. Halkyard and his wife reside in Las Vegas, NV and have three sons.

John M. McManus
, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary

John M. McManus is Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary for MGM Resorts International. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of the Company’s legal affairs as well as the government affairs, corporate communications, corporate security, risk management and compliance departments. Mr. McManus works closely with members of senior management and the Company’s Board of Directors. He joined MGM in 2001 and has served as counsel in various capacities at the parent company and its operating subsidiaries during his tenure.

Before joining the Company, Mr. McManus held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for the Sahara Hotel & Casino and worked as an associate attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey.

Jyoti Chopra
, Chief People, Inclusion, and Sustainability Officer

Jyoti Chopra is Senior Vice President and Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer for MGM Resorts International, based in Las Vegas. She is responsible for leading Human Resources and Social Impact and Sustainability. She oversees environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and is responsible for directing enterprise-wide human and social capital initiatives and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors’ corporate social responsibility committee. She oversees the MGM Resorts Foundation and community relations.

Ms. Chopra is an award winning talent, diversity, inclusion and sustainability leader. Prior to her role at MGM Resorts, she was Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion and HR Operations and Transformation at Pearson Plc., an education technology and UK FTSE 100 company, where she was a member of the senior and human resources leadership teams.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Chopra served as Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Director of Global Citizenship and Sustainability for BNY Mellon as well as the global leader for communications and public relations at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and as a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Ms. Chopra began her career covering human development and issues affecting women and children at the United Nations. She was born and raised in London, England. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Journalism from New York University. She completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She holds an MBA with distinction from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Ms. Chopra is presently a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota and serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to the Spencer Stuart Global Leadership Team. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Schneider National and serves on the company’s Compensation Committee.

Steven J. Zanella
, Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer at MGM Resorts, Steve Zanella oversees Sports & Sponsorships, Brand Marketing, Direct Marketing, Group Sales, Revenue Management, Social Media, Loyalty and Commercial Strategy. Steve is an accomplished industry veteran who has held several leadership positions at MGM Resorts.

Prior to taking this role, Mr. Zanella served as President & COO of CityCenter, which includes Aria Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa, where he oversaw daily operations and provided strategic direction for the ultra-luxury resorts.

Mr. Zanella previously held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Detroit where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the most dynamic resorts in the region. In addition to overseeing all resort operations and guiding the property’s strategic direction, he cultivated MGM Grand Detroit’s guest service culture and fostered open communication and teamwork within the property and across the company.

A veteran of the hospitality industry with more than 30 years of experience, he joined MGM Resorts in 1991 as a participant in the Management Associate Program, which is a hands-on training curriculum for college graduates. In his tenure with the company, Mr. Zanella has also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for MGM Grand Las Vegas, Vice President of Slots at Beau Rivage, Director of Slot Marketing and Player Development also at Beau Rivage and Domestic Marketing Administrator for Table Games Marketing at The Mirage.

Mr. Zanella received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2014 he earned a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Gary Fritz
, President of MGM Resorts International Interactive

Gary Fritz is President of MGM Resorts International Interactive and will be accountable for evaluating and leading all strategic digital gaming initiatives globally to capitalize on the intersection of the digital and gaming spheres, including broadcast and all digital channels. While serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and President, will also be a member of the Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors for BetMGM, PlayStudios, and LeoVegas. In addition, he will have direct oversight or a Board position in all future acquisitions in this domain.

Since joining MGM, Mr. Fritz was instrumental in the sourcing, due diligence, and negotiating of the LeoVegas acquisition. He will also serve as Chair of this entity, continue to serve on the board of BetMGM. He will become the key liaison for all activities digital gaming related. Mr. Fritz is expected to take on similar roles with any related entities/joint ventures.

Mr. Fritz has a long history of leading multi-national companies on global strategy and expansion plans including Rakuten, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and McKinsey & Company. From 2016-2020, Mr. Fritz served as the President, APAC and Chief Growth Officer for TripAdvisor, leading all APAC operations, LRP, M&A and long-run strategy for the company. Most recently, Mr. Fritz was the President – Head of Gaming for IAC.

Mr. Fritz holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ayesha Molino
, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs

Ayesha Molino is Senior Vice President of Public Affairs for MGM Resorts International. She leads internal and external corporate communications, media relations, issues management and government affairs, aligning the company’s business strategy to its public affairs and advocacy priorities.

Previously, Ms. Molino was Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, where she shaped MGM Resorts’ policy perspective at the Federal, regional and local levels on a variety of major issues, including igaming and sports betting. She joined MGM Resorts in January 2017 from the U.S. Senate, where from 2011 – 2016 she served as first Counsel and later Chief Counsel to former Senate Majority and Democratic Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). From 2007 – 2011 Ms. Molino served as International Trade Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under then-Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT), where she led the Committee’s work on Asia-focused trade matters, intellectual property rights, and international investment, among other issues.

Prior to her time in the Senate, Ms. Molino served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she supported the Department’s work on international trade and investment negotiations.

She is a non-Executive Director of MGM China Holding Limited and serves on the Executive Committee of the Ford’s Theatre Board of Trustees, as well as the Executive Committee of the American Gaming Association’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Molino received her BA from the University of California, Riverside, and her JD from The George Washington University Law School.

Daniel Yang
, Chief Customer and Innovation Officer

Daniel Yang is Chief Customer and Innovation Officer at MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) where he oversees the execution of MGM’s global consumer growth strategy. Mr. Yang is focused on optimizing customer success across all of MGM’s brands and assets to drive revenue and profit growth. This includes management of a cross functional organization that brings together commercial strategy, marketing, loyalty marketing and revenue management functions along with technology, product, and design operations to maximize the customer experience.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Mr. Yang served as Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat (ASX:ALL), a leading gaming supplier, where he led group strategy, long range planning, investments, and mergers and acquisitions. In this role, he architected the company’s five-year growth strategy, crafted the expansion plan into online revenue growth management and led the acquisitions of NeoGames and Roxor.

From 2004-2017, Mr. Yang served as Executive Vice President at Viacom, where he managed a portfolio of retail and digital direct to consumer entertainment businesses. He also ran strategy and business development for well-known media brands and franchises such as MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, South Park, UFC, Love and Hip Hop, and The Daily Show. In this capacity, he led the acquisition of Harmonix, creators of Guitar Hero and Rock Band. He also oversaw investments that led to South Park Digital Studios and previously served on the board of Bellator. Before Viacom, he was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Yang holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
